Meet Efrain
Efrain Gomez Jr. is a lifelong Donna resident, a local business owner, and a community leader. He is running for Donna ISD School Board, Place 7 because he wants district decisions to create more opportunities for students, teachers, and the community.
Efrain has spent his whole life in Donna. The schools, the neighborhoods, and the families of this community are not talking points for him. They are home.
That lifelong connection is why he is personally invested in where Donna goes next. When Donna ISD succeeds, the whole community succeeds.
As the owner of Gomez 3 Construction LLC, Efrain has built his career on planning carefully, delivering what he promises, and standing behind his work.
Running a business in Donna has taught him how to build teams, manage budgets responsibly, and solve problems without drama. He believes those same habits belong in the board room.
Efrain believes every decision the district makes should open more doors: more opportunities for students, more support for teachers, and more reasons for families to be proud of Donna ISD.
He is running to bring fresh ideas, bold leadership, and a shared vision to Place 7, with students first in every conversation.
